Dream Seven

I’m in a classroom at Bellarmine. There are a number of other kids here, and desks. There is a giant mechanical komodo dragon there. I have the tail to the machine. It has heavy duty plastic fittings. I screw them on to the back. There are some small leads that run out the back of the tapering tail. At the very end of them is a small, crappy, two-bit headset you’re supposed to wear while following this machine around.

One of the other kids in the room suggests that there is a car show outside and that I should go get another car. I’m going to get a Ghia better than the one I’ve got.

I head out and I’m wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and a pair of sunglasses that don’t quite fit somehow. I’m walking next to Pierce Holstrom. He’s not so tall. We’re talking, and as we walk, I move into an outside view of myself, or I see a reflection of myself, greatly magnified, in someone else’s shades. My sunglasses are on upside down, which is why they don’t fit right. I take them off and put them on correctly to remedy the problem.
