Dream Fourteen

I'm in a large auditorium with people crowded around the perimeter. I'm playing a game of soccer with a bunch of asian kids. like... from china... The ref is from china too. I can't understand what they're saying. Somehow I hear a reporter or someone giving running commentary on the game. There's someone dribbling the soccer ball toward me. He's short and somewhat pudgy. The commentator says that he's had trouble preventing opponents from stealing the ball from him. I rush in and steal the ball and kick it away toward the opposite goal.

I wasn't supposed to do that.

First off, that's the wrong way for my team to go. We're going the other way.

Secondly, we're not in live play... we were just moving the ball for some sort of pentaly or free kick or something. Not as part of the game. Everyone is yelling for a red card. Red Card Red Card.

I appologize but they can't understand me. I make motions with my hand near my head like I just got confused and lost it for a minute but it doesn't seem to make any difference to the crowd. The ref gives me a yellow card and I'm grateful but I know that I can't really keep playing. I go outside.

There's a concrete ledge and I practice jumping down and climbing back up. I show some kid how to do it, but he's afraid. Then some adult comes along and does it with no problem. he's laughing about it.

That's it.
